Review: Co-working at newbie Oyo Townhouse 002

We all know about the mega success of Oyo rooms, but very few of us know about their 2017 launch – Oyo Townhouse. Positioning itself as a friendly neighborhood budget hotel for millennials, the work lounge of the Townhouse turns out to be one of the best places to co-work in New Delhi.

Located in the basement of the Townhouse 002 building, the interiors of the lounge are aesthetic and clean. There’s a strong modern element to this space which is perfectly complimented by upgraded facilities it provides.

Seamless WiFi, an in-house catering service with a vast and comprehensive cafe menu along with an environment which is devoid of a chattering crowd – this is the place you’d want to head to on one of those uninspired sluggish days. There’s peace but it is the kind which makes you focus inherently rather than make you slug.

The best part of this place is its 24*7 access. You are not bound by closing hours and can stay for as long as you wish to. There are plenty of recreational options with a Kindle on the stand, an LCD on the wall and a gym in the neighboring room.

In short, it’s a great place for you to either work individually or even hold meetings with your team as it has a separate conference room too.  The vibe of the place is really very different than the regular cafes.

Here’s how my view looked like; it’s probably the white clean space with a tint of red or what, but it gives me such a modern London feel. Don’t you think so?

I went there with myHQ pass which lets me access different cafes in the city. Click here  if you’d like to try spending a day here. There are pretty convenient plans to choose from – 25 visit, single visit to even a free trial.  Alternatively, you can drop in at the Townhouse building to get yourself a place and figure out the rest.

Location: Oyo Townhouse 002, Green Park
Plot No. B7-123 A, B Block, Safdarjung Enclave,
Krishna Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi, 110029

Again, putting things in perspective, this is not a sponsored post. My views are strictly that of my own.

Let me know if you’d give this place a try in the comments box or share this post with someone who you think need a place like THIS.

  1. Whats a HQ pass?

    1. Hey! Click on the link mentioned in this article. It’s a cool app where you can recharge like a Paytm wallet which includes your beverages, food, internet, and all the stuff you’d need while working – printers, stationary bla bla. I have been using it recently and I like it!
